Scoping with no audio:

    $.80 to $.90 per page

Scoping with no audio, but checking occasional hot spots with audio:

    $.90 to $1.00 per page

Scoping line by line to audio, but not in a videotaped dep:

    $1.00 to $1.20 per page

Scoping line by line for a videotaped dep:

    $1.20 to $1.50 per page

All jobs thoroughly scoped and then reread on screen to ensure pristine quality.

Scheduling & Turnaround

When scheduling a job, please specify the date and time of day that you need the job completed. "Anytime" that day works just as well as a specific time.

Terms & Conditions of Service

Turnaround:

I simply ask that as soon as you know there's a job you want to send, please notify me of rough page count, when you'd like to send it and when you need it back. "Anytime" that day works, but you can specify a time of day as well. I will notify you as to whether or not I can schedule the job.

Expedites:

Frankly if I have nothing else going on and can fit in a job on short notice, I won't charge an expedite. I only do that if I have to add the job to an already full load and you're in a pinch. At that point I would immediately let you know my desired expedite charge and await your authorization prior to taking the file.

Invoicing:

I produce invoices every two weeks. Every client is welcome to select cutoff dates. Usually they coincide with that person's paydays for convenience. At the cutoff time I send an invoice by e-mail.

Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Payments not received by 15 days from invoice date will be considered late, at which time work may be suspended pending payment of balance in full. Payments not received by 31 days from date of invoice may be subject to collection action unless alternative arrangements are made.

PayPal is available but is subject to a 3% surcharge to allow for transfer fees incurred during the transaction.

New Clients: Caveat

Each of the first two jobs will be no greater than 100 pages in length (Note: The file itself can be greater than 100 pages) and will be billed upon delivery of transcript to client. When payment is received for the first job, a second job may be scheduled. When payment for the second job is received, the client may elect to adopt an established-client biweekly schedule (see Invoicing section above).

The initial process may be expedited by use of PayPal, which is quick and reliable, subject to a 3% surcharge to allow for transfer fees incurred during the transaction.
